Joanne Raad

Hi! I'm a video director with 5 years of experience in education.

After graduating from L' académie Libanaise des Beaux Arts - Al Balamand University, Lebanon in audiovisual directing, I started my career as a Web segment director, as well as a photography and cinematography teacher in a technical school in Lebanon.

I developed my own course and adjusted the official curriculum so it met with the current generation's technological skills and needs. My methods have helped my students pass their official exams and stand out in college. 

As a food enthusiast, I have created my own blog "Foodie On A Mission", combining my media and design skills, and traditional Lebanese food. "Foodie On A Mission" is a platform featuring videos of mature and experienced Lebanese making or showcasing traditional dishes or ingredients in various Lebanese regions.

I am now a Freelancer in content creation and photography as well as the Media in Education Specialist at IEA, working on implementing videos within their courses.
